When I was first introduced to SYG, I noticed there was something different about the organization that I could tell came from the head – the top. A body is only as strong as the head, and this organization has a strong head. If the head is out of order, the body is out of harmony.
The one characteristic that stood out to me was the power of women in unity.
First of all, a strong empowering woman invited me to the group page because she selflessly knew what I had to offer the women in the group. That alone spoke loudly and clearly to me about the organization itself. Strong women who are selfless, caring and powerful are hard to find in one place! I noticed this group was one that lifts and share as we all grow at our own pace, and each person wanted to see the best in her sister. Share Your Genius not only expect women to grow, they encourage each person to be an individual flower in the garden of hope, love, empowerment, enrichment and blessing. The mere fact that this organization is led by a smart, kind, beautiful and loving mother, wife, and Christian woman was a winner for me. I knew that I wanted to hop in and help grow this organization.
I’ve been a part of many organizations led by women for women, but none like this one. Other organizations involving all women have a tendency to subconsciously compete over a period of time, but not Share Your Genius. We complement one another and each other’s business endeavors. Out of the organizations that I have known about and have been a part of, there were two that stood out the most, and now Share Your Genius has made its way to the very top! I stand by the organization. I’d give my stamp of approval and place my name on it. I appreciate the opportunity to be a founding member, and I look forward to the days and years ahead.

I joined SYG after attending the Breathe Retreat and meeting several of the Ladies at the Retreat. Deidre explained what SYG represented and I thought it sounded interesting and I loved that it was a Christian organization.
I had recently prayed to meet Women who were believers and were more interested in quality of life than drama. Oh, did He deliver much more than I prayed for. This group of Ladies are beautiful in spirit, intelligent, thoughtful, uplifting, visionaries, bring a wealth of experience and have a sincere interest in promoting, uplifting, educating and showing God’s love through their actions to others. I have been blessed beyond my imagination and have become a better woman from being in this space.

I am a retiree with UT Southwestern Medical Center. Since my retirement of three years ago, I knew I needed to be a part of a team of that would encourage and challenge me to continue investing in learning and sharing my knowledge to others.
Joining Share Your Genius has been a key component of what I needed to be challenged from a spiritual, business and financial aspect. One never become too old or too young to further their knowledge or share their knowledge with one another.
